Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Hozit Domain Hosting (Pty) Ltd, including hosting, domains, IT support, VoIP, cloud, cybersecurity, software licensing and development services.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered according to the agreed package, quotation, invoice, scope of work or written agreement.

Payments

Clients are responsible for paying all once-off setup fees, monthly fees, annual fees and any agreed additional charges on time.

Acceptable Use

Clients may not use Hozit services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful activity.

Support

Support is provided through the official support channels published on the Hozit website.
